We are located DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET from Silverback Motor Speedway and are set up with you in mind. AMPLE parking space for trailers, 3 garages that can be used to tune up your ride, and an amazing outdoor area featuring a 20' heated pool, outdoor fire, huge deck with grill and ample seating! In the evening you can walk down to the new game room to continue hanging out into the night. We have 5 bedrooms with 11 beds so everyone has their own sleeping space! On top of that, we have a brand new spacious kitchen, that looks out on to our amazing deck and entertainment area.
When the speedway isn't open, you are only 7 minutes away from the ORV park and all the adventures Silver Lake has to offer. You are the only group on 20 acres of land. The Space
This spacious retreat is thoughtfully designed from the outside in. The most striking area is the backyard which is the place to hang out. Whether its the heated pool with window, fire pit, grill, or ample grassy yard, this is the place to be when you aren't on the dunes or at the speedway. The house itself boasts a brand new kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for up to 12 guests. The upstairs built-in beds allow us to house 11 beds so that virtually everyone will have their own sleeping space! The main floor has an open layout with plenty of space to lounge and the basement offers gaming areas and a large smart TV with FUBO TV included! As an added bonus, you are on 20 acres of land so you have PRIVACY. When the motors aren't revved up across the street, the great outdoors are unparalleled.

5 well appointed bedrooms await, perfect for large groups. The downstairs features a master suite with king bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs, there are two large rooms that will each house 4 built-in beds. The third upstairs bedroom will have another king bed. There are 3 full bathrooms and a half bathroom conveniently located for everyone to use. The main floor has an open floor plan with plenty of space to lounge. The brand new fully-stocked kitchen has ample lighting and seating and is another ideal destination.

We do not usually offer early check-in or late check-out as our cleaning team performs a deep clean between every guest stay so that we can consistently offer you a 5 star vacation.

What is the bedroom/bathroom layout?
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms. Two large bedrooms house 4 built-in beds (fulls) each and the central room houses a king bed.
Main Floor: 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Master Suite with its own bathroom and king bed. The other bedroom features a queen bed
How far away is the ORV park?
The ORV park is <10 minute drive, about 3 miles away from this location
How far away is the airport?
Gerald R. Ford International airport is a 90 minute drive south of Mears.
How far is the grocery store?
Hansen's grocery store is on the other side of US 31, about 10 minutes away
Do you provide bedding and basic amenities?
Yes, we provide bedding, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper.
How many parking spots can you provide?
We have space for up to 8 vehicles and room for multiple trailers
Will your EV charger work for my vehicle?
Our EV charger is a Level 2 charger with a J1772 plug which is compatible with all US automakers but Tesla. However, each Tesla comes with an adaptor for the J1772 plug in the car’s charging kit.

We would like to personally welcome you to our family's rental home. We both have very busy and sometimes high stress jobs and when we vacation with our family, we want to completely relax. We want to strengthen the connection with our kids and relatives. We want to extend the same experience that we seek for your vacation. We have thoughtfully provided every amenity that you could want and will give you an in depth virtual guidebook for the area to eliminate a lot of the planning and researching that can take up the quiet moments of your vacation.
